Please advise me if there is any hard ware which helps when the original audio jack points of mother board becomes Unserviceable Please.

Besides re-soldering the points (PITA), or going with an add in sound card that you can re-rout the audio jacks to, there isn't. (if its the case jack that's defective, check to see if your case manufacturer carries replacements, i had to get a replacement front IO panel for my case when i yanked my audio port on accident)
