which sata port for SSD ( noob )

Hello

Im using maximus hero vi and currently I'll only use 1 SSD for the whole system. Im trying to connect things together and I wonder if it does matter in which port of the mobo I'll plug the cable from the SSD. ( I got 8 choices )

Connect your drive to one of the Intel 6Gb/s ports. The ASMedia 6Gb/s ports perform slightly slower.
Make sure that the port is set to AHCI mode in your motherboard's BIOS.

On that particular board theyre all sata III connectors so as far as speed goes it wont really matter. i would plug it in to sata 1 or 2 (its actually labeled on the board itself if you look closely, but thats just me.
