Im a little confused on weither or not i need any adapters or not. Im using the zalman z11 plus and i was reading that it had a 3 in 1 converter (http://www.zalman.com/global/product/Product_Read.php?Idx=476) My question is if my card reader (http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B0045CQI1E/ref=ox_sc_act_title_8?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE), optical drive (http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B007IKS7AU/ref=ox_sc_act_title_5?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A3FTJ2BGLE278D) and ssd (http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B007ZWLRSU/ref=ox_sc_act_title_2?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE) will fit without buying any additional adapters? Any help would be greatly appreciated especially from zalman z11 plus owners! Also it says there is a space for ssd on the back of where the motherboard is if someone could explain to me how that works and if i need to use the 3 in 1 adapter for that?

Optical drive and SSD, no problem. The card reader, on the other hand, is a 3.5" deal, and your case only has 5.25" bays. You would need to use that 5.25" to 3.5" bay converter they provide (assuming it can work that way, looks like it could) to seat your card reader. However, it won't be clean looking, as there will be a gap on the sides of the card reader. I would recommend something like this, for your card reader:

Cheers!

EDIT: after looking at the newegg pic and specs on the link you gave, it does sound like they have an external 3.5" bay, in which case you wouldn't need that bay adapter I linked you to.
