how does memory bandwidth in processor matter

i have seen two processors one is Intel® Core™ i7-4770K Processor and another is Intel® Core™ i7-4960HQ Processor, and the 4770 has approx each spec more than 4960 except memory bandwidth ie in case of 4770 is 25.6 and other has 76.8.

how will it matter if i want to make a pc for animation and gaming stuff?

Hmmmm, I haven't seen that i7 4960HQ. In any case, the wider the bandwidth, the more Data that can be passed. The best way to think of it is as a pipe. A 6"" pipe will more faster than a 3" pipe. That i7 4960HQ is a Mobile processor and a horse.

but will it matter on gaming and 3d animation softwares like 3ds max and maya. if it will then what will be the difference?
would i see any frame skipping, or rendering time? or it will just take time in loading the game
