I am in the process of upgrading the video card on my computer. Computer Specifications are as follows:
CPU-AMD Phenom x4 9750
GPU-GeForce GT 520 with 1GB Memory
PSU-480W
RAM-8 GB
Hard Drive-1TB
Motherboard-Gateway Foxconn RS780
Monitor Resolution-1600x900M
Can I run an ATI Raedon HD 7750 or a GeForce GT 545 DDR3 on this computer? If not, what would be the best gpu I can install.

You asked, what is the best gpu I can install.. Is your budget infinite?

You'll notice the most performance increase with a 7750.
A 545 wouldn't be worth the money for such a small increase :)

A 480w power supply might not be enough to power either of those cards :/
Even if it could, you would experience a lot of random reboots.

Sorry to say but i have found very negative reviews and comments about Logisys.

There is one more thing that this psu have 16A on 12v rail, 7770 require 19A and 7790 require 21A. I will recomend u dont risk ur new gpu with this psu. Get a reliable psu from corsair, antec or seasonic like corsair cx500 or atleast get corsair cx 430v2.
