GPU 100% load while playing

i notice that while i playing splinter cell blacklist at ultrahigh settings that the GPU is under 100% !!! is that normal !!?? , i know that the make high load at the gpu but 100% is very high , it's not crysis
i have asus gtx 770 oc , 4770K @stock , latest nvidia drive 326.80 beta

at full HD 1980x1080 i got 55 to 64 FPS , the temperature while gaming hit 62 max ( all that with splinter cell blacklist )
----
i notice also that's all the card is at 100% while playing , like GPU clock , memory clock , processor clock all at 100% load !!!!!!!!!

I've never used that program before, but I believe the GPU is not at 100% load. It probably detected a game is running and set everything to be at full power: however, the GPU is not at 100% load.

Try running "Hwinfo" in "Sensors only" (it's a downloadable program that doesn't require installation). Check under the GPU section while playing (or after playing). It should provide information about GPU load, temperature and clocks in realtime, as well as statistics.

I wouldn't worry much about it unless you're getting degraded performance. Mine usually stays at 95% when playing BF3 on Ultra.

As long as it doesn't overheat, which it isn't doing, I don't think it's worth worrying about.
