i've been having issues with my gpu for about 1 month and a half now. what i'm about to explain has been happening for a while now but the reason it's been so long is because i RMA my gpu because it thought it was broken. The gpu doesnt display any videos what so ever, the display turns on but i can not display a resolution of over 1600 X 1200 pixels. When i look at the power data in device manager it says that it's at D3 when it should be at D0. All it says in the device manager is "windows has stopped this device from working because it has detected problems (code 43.)" the green lights to indicate that it's getting power is on ( pcie 1 and 2 power plugs,) but the only thing i can think of is the power supply. my other graphics card works but it's a nvidia 7300 le and takes almost no power. it installed itself instantly. with this gtx 560 ti i tried reinstalling drivers multiple times, reformatted my computer, and i tried updated direct X. i tried using another monitor and vga chord, yet nothing seems to work. this happened after i added a second hdd into my computer and installed an OS onto it. I'm still now sure if it's a hardware or software issue. I tried taking out the new HDD completely and the problem still occurs. PLEASE HELP

SPECS: intel i7 870 2.93 ghz quad core processor
ASUS GTX 560 ti
750 watt power supply
12 gb ddr3 ram
1.3 tb hdd (1tb = 7300 rpm 300gb = 5400 rpm)
Intel motherboard H57H - AM2

it should be written somewhere on the psu, from the little thats written on that company on the internet, they should be decent, but still, that might be your problem, seeing how i would say they are not the most reliable, hard to tell honestly.

if its possible, i would suggest switching to a PSU from a well known brand, such as antec.

seeing how you pretty much tried everything else.

if you could find the exact model number, google that, and see reviews\ what people are writing about that exact psu.

thanks but i found out the issue. Turns out i had my windows booting on one hdd and all my data on another. so i needed both hdd to boot and i guess the drivers were trying to locate the files in one but it was in the other.
