Help!!! BIOS updates or no?

just got my new cpu. the amd fx 8350 and my new mobo. the asus m5a97 r2.0. should i update my bios for my mobo to support my cpu? cause right now they seem to be running fine but idk :/ HELP!! and if i had to update. can u send me the link to the latest bios version??

http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/M5A97_R20/#support_Download if there aren't any problems it should be fine but it wouldn't hurt to update. could be some stability support updates ect.

Sometimes boards will start to ship with newer BIOs already flashed to them. Double check which ones are on your board first, if it's a version that offically supports the Vishera chips then there's no reason to mess with them.

The rule is that. 1) if the PC run fine then you don't have to update the BIOS until you have the problem. 2) If you know how to update it then just update the BIOS.
