I have use the Nvidia control panel and inspector to try and force vsync off, but it does not work anymore. Should I reinstall drivers etc? I don't want to have to go through each games .ini and type it in. That would be a long process.
My monitor also supports up to 72Hz, but vsync caps everything at 60FPS so I wanted to turn vsync off and let the FPS go wild. I really wanted to try 72FPS and see if it is any smoother, but nothing I do will let me.
One more strange thing. COD WaW caps at 45FPS. I have no idea why, but no matter what I do to try and change it, it is always 45FPS.
