Prolly have to hit reply w/ quote and copy / paste to get full url's as THG's new format truncates long url's . Some of these may matter to you, many may not
-RAM Support: GD had DDR3000 support / Pro has 2800
-PCI Express 3.0 x16: GD has 3(at x16/x4/x4; x8/x8/x4) / Pro has 2(x16 or dual x8)
-LAN Chipset : GD has Qualcomm Killer E2205 / Pro has Intel I217-V
-S/PDIF Out: GD has 1 x Optical, 1 x Coaxial / Pro has 1 x Optical

-4 pin PWN Fan Headers: GD has 5 / Pro has 6
-Other: GD has mSATA and Mil Spec components/ Pro has WiFi
I have done cupla builds with each ... no problems with either. From that experience all I can say is I like Asus' BIOS better .... GD has better reviews.
-Make sure ya RAM fits under the heat sink
-If ya want EVGA, I'd get any version other than the Superclocked. It's clocked at 1111 MHz while the Gigabyte and MSI are cheaper, clocked higher at 1137 MHz and have custom PCBs and beefed up VRMs (Superclocked uses stock VVRM / PCB)
