New build won't turn on please help!!

Now the problem I am having is getting the computer to start. I plugged it in and flipped the switch the motherboard power light is orange and the graphics card light is green. The issue is when I hit the power button to turn on the computer it clicks one time and one LED fan blinks once then I get nothing else. I flipped the switch back off and then on again and it does the same thing. Anybody have a clue as to what may cause this? IMO it seems like it is trying to start, but something is holding it back. It reminds me of a dead car battery when the key is turn and you get one click and then nothing.

  3. Are you sure you have all your power cables plugged in? If its not start at all I guessing a bad psu. Do you have a spare/extra psu you can get your hand on to check?

  5. Everything is plugged in. I think it is a bad psu. I went on YouTube and saw the same problem I have. I don't have another psu to test with.
  6. The motherboard is bad. It has some bent CPU sockets. When I did the motherboard test it would cut on and run for about 10 seconds then cut off and keep doing the same process until I turned it off. The PSU is work fine as I did the test for it. It still is weird to me how the motherboard only worked when it was took out of the case. I kept getting debug LED code 15 which was "pre-memory North Bridge initialization is started.
