I have Windows 8 and my card used to work with the computer but last week, it crashed and I can't get it to start again. Last time it was working, I had the 306.97 driver installed. Now I try the 306.97 and the 307.74 driver but both don't work. I did use Driver Sweeper to clean the drivers everytime.

Here is the dump file.

On Fri 9/6/2013 4:31:24 AM GMT your computer crashed

A third party driver was identified as the probable root cause of this system error. It is suggested you look for an update for the following driver: nvlddmkm.sys (NVIDIA Windows Kernel Mode Driver, Version 306.97 , NVIDIA Corporation).
Google query: NVIDIA Corporation VIDEO_TDR_ERROR

You can keep trying different drivers seeing as the basic windows driver is ok. But the card is rather old now and probably on its way out. Any chance its an issue between 8 and the 7950x2? Can you test it on XP? And you did make sure the heatsink is clean and temps are ok right?

Sigh... I was hoping that wasn't the case because I could still boot into safe mode without any problems.
