Please let me know if i should change anything about this build...i plan on playing these games: Minecraft (pretty much any computer could play this), Wizard 101, World Of Warcraft, Portal, Portal 2, Half-Life, Half-Life 2, Far Cry 3, Crysis 3, Grand Theft Auto Vice City, San Andreas, and 4, Skyrim, BF3, BF4, Call Of Duty: Black Ops, Just Cause 2, and TF2. (im sure theres more games, i just cant think of them right now)

same as above, go with an amd 4300 or at least 4100 processor. also look for 7850's on sale when you are actually buying the parts. reddit.com/r/buildapcsales is a good place to look fo any recent sales on components. the 7770 is a fine card though.

It will be able to play all of those games just fine, just not max all of them. I have a 7870 and it barely maxes crysis 2. just play those on medium (which still looks great.)

Hi, I would recommend going with a quad or hex core CPU like the (AMD Bulldozer FX 6300 BE (Black Edition)).
Dual core cannot be called middle to high anymore it is entry level at best, especially the AMD CPUs.

Otherwise everything else looks good to me.
