Hello, recently I bought an MSI R7950 Twin Frozr III 3GB (reference 7970 PCB)
After some time benchmarking, I noticed I was getting low scores compared to other 7950s, both MSI and other manufacturers.
My PC is:
AMD Phenom II x6 1090T@4GHz
MSI R7950 TwinFrozr III 3GB OC Boost
Kingston HyperX 4GB DDR3 1600MHz
ASUS Sabertooth 990FX R2.0
Seagate Barraccuda 500GB 7200rpm
Different drivers and reinstalling the current ones did not help.
Any ideas?

First i would do a full uninstall of all amd/nvidia drivers. If you have never had an nvidia video card in your setup then you can skip that. Also if you have an amd cpu and motherboard doing a manual uninstall is a little harder and not recommended. Download the latest drivers and choose the uninstall option and do the restarts and then reinstall the drivers. There may be left over crap conflicting with the current drivers.

I used Driver Sweeper to uninstall the drivers, I had 13.4 WHQL I reinstalled them and it made no difference at all. Then i sweeped them again and tried to install 13.8 Beta2, but it wouldn't go past the installation of .NET Framework 4.5.
