Samsung 840 EVO 250GB vs SanDisk Ultra Plus 256GB

I intend to replace the optical drive in my MacBook Pro.

I'm wondering which one I should buy because in benchmarks they are really close, with one being better some time and vice versa. They cost the same where I'm buying them, so I can't use that as the deciding factor... :/

According to a Bit-tech Sandisk Ultra Plus review, it has a 6.9% loss due to formatting. I haven't been able to find this number for the EVO 250GB version :/
