PC boots slower after overclocking

I have a fx 8350 and a asrock 970 pro3 motherboard. At the first time my pc boots fast. And then after i overclock my cpu to 4.5GHz, i restarted my pc and it boots slower than before.
How can i fix this?

I suspect that there is a problem with your overclock.
Possibly the ram.
If a motherboard has such a problem, it will try to change to something that works.
That takes time.
Run cpu-Z to see if your ram specs and cpu specs match what your overclock is expected to do.
