Replaced CPU, now PC won't boot

A couple of weeks ago I replaced my CPU since the PC kept rebooting. After sending the CPU back I got the message that the CPU was indeed broken. So after I got a new one and put it in the motherboard I turned on the PC and nothing happened on the screen. All the fans work including the new CPU heat sink.

My parts:

Asrock asrock 970 pro3 r2.0
Msi GTX 760 2 GB
AMD FX-6300 black edition
Be Quiet! purepower l8 630w
Crucial Ballistix Sport 2x4 GB 1600 MHz

I've paid special attention to the position of the CPU, so I'm sure it's positioned in the right way.

I'm just curious how are you connecting your gpu to your monitor ? hdmi, dvi display port? make sure its really seated properly.
