Help!, Can't access the drive shipped with my son's Gateway.
Gave up on the idea of forking out for a Win8 OS system recovery disc for an OS both he and I hate.
I Swapped out the drive for another that gave his machine new life under Win7, but I can't format the old drive, both Win7 and Xubuntu can't see it.
Looking for formatting software to overcome this issue, none of mine work.
Drive is shown to be "working properly", it just cant be seen.
Any ideas?
