How to assign a ip address while adding a dyndns host

i am using a dvr and i assigned a static ip from dyndns. While creating the host a ip address is asked and i checked my ip address using ping.eu and applied but when i restarted my router the ip address changed.
And my remote access to dvr stoped. how to solve this issue ...

in dyndns you create a host name and input that hoist name into the ddns section of either your router if supported and forward the necessary ports and link it to the correct static ip address on you local network. or most have the option to enter the ddns host name in the dvr as well as your login info so it can update the ip address to their site.

I assigned a local ip to dvr and that ip has used in vpn of the router and the port are open , i also checked the port open or not using port checker, my question is that how to update the ip assigned in dyndns site according to the router ip address assigned by isp.
