Hi.
We building a few test server, one of them is an nvidia based GPU server. The GPU's are the next: NVidia Grid K520, Titan, GTX680. The server is an AMD based Supermicro H8DGi-F with dual Opteron 6320 CPU's, and 32gb REG-ECC-ram. The OS is Citrix xen server 6.2
The system was working fine until we installed the third (Grid K520) GPU. After restarting the system wasn't able to boot, and there was no video signal, no post sceen or anything else. We tried to connect to the server remotely from Citrix xen center, but not responding. I installed both CPU's, connected the cards to the right slots, the power supply is 1200w, redundant. I disabled the onboard VGA and enabled also but not helped. Before I bought the Grid gpu I asked the nvidia support about the system requirements, but the answer was: " there is no any special system req."
I tried to restart the system only with the Grid GPU, the other two cards was taken out, but still not booting, no sceen on integrated VGA. Any idea?

Does the server work without the new GPU? If so, does the new GPU work in other systems?

Yes the server is working without the Grid card. I tried out with a different system ( high-end workstation) and everything was the same, when the grid card has been installed the system not booting anymore.

Then the card is defective; the only solution is to replace it.
