When I look up down left or right the game starts to throw my character around and when I'm on a horse it starts to glitch in to the sky and floor it also makes everything look like its underwater. I have deleted all mods and tried again, no luck, I have reinstalled the game 3 times (deleting the Common<Skyrim folder and Local content), no luck, I have reinstalled steam 2 times and even deleted my save in case it was corrupt data but nothing. 
I have already tried Steam support and Bethesda support but I get sent back some standard email the didn't answer any of my questions or give me any help in fixing the problems.
P.S. I'm starting to feel withdrawal symptoms so the faster the better
