Is pcpartpicker accurate on this build? Price, watts

Hello! I am wondering if the shipping and prices are accurate on this build. I wanted to get the best deal and my friend suggested pcpartpicker.

Please don't recommend anything better when it comes to components unless something isn't compatible or there is something REALLY REALLY REALLY good for way less or no more than 10 dollars more.

Added faster RAM for a little cheaper. If you do not do mail rebate then a set of G.skill Snipers will also do the job for cheaper.
The PSU wattage is fine.

HOWEVER, if you are planning to overclock, you need to be looking at a better power supply, the CX should not be OCd on.

Thanks. The link you gave for the parts list is with the edited ram? Also, I plan to do little to no overclocking. Will the psu handle a little overclocking every once in awhile? Finally, is there a red option for the ram? I Was going for a red theme haha

Oh and how do mail in rebates work? Do I fill out a paper and then receive a gift card with the amount on it or what? And an I just buy from pcpartpicker and will the price be pretty much as the base total says it is?

Go to Microcenter first, they should have a combo with the CPU so you get 40 dollars off your mobo. Rebates, you have to go online and fill stuff out then print and mail it in. Pain in the royal ass. I never got around to doing mine.
