So I decided to go with the 8350... I know it is worse at gaming than the I5 but it is very good at streaming, editing software, recording, etc. and with them being on sale right now, it's practically a done deal. Rolling the dice on the steamroller architecture for a possible upgrade in the future and games favoring AMD architectures due to nextgen consoles.

I currently have a GTX 770 Gigabyte Windforce OC

Please only Amazon/Newegg!

750W is a little overkill, and I don't recommend Cooler Master. XFX 550W bronze is a good buy. Or if you can't cram that in the budget, a Corsair CX600m.

If you can afford it, DDR3 1866 RAM for that CPU.

And +1 for 750w being overkill. A 550-600w PSU should be fine.

I think the 550 watt isn't recommended, since I want to do some OC on the GPU and CPU and want some headroom...

Assuming you are building the AMD computer it looks good , but there are some potential improvements .

Use 1600 MHz RAM . Just make sure its rated 1.5 volts or less .

The Rosewill Challenger case is pretty low quality . The CM HAF 912 , Corsair 200R , Antec One gamer and others are similar price and all are better built
