Will i need water cooling for two gtx 670 4gb sli'ed cards?

Solution
No you don't need watercooling when on stock settings. Only if you overclock might you need to resort to liquid cooling (if temperatures get out of control).

And this applies to both CPU and GPU: stock fans/cooler can handle it on stock settings, that's what they're built for.
