OK so ive got integrated graphics card radeon hd 3000. i know its not meant for games but their are artifacts when im playing games with it, even a game like san andreas has artifacts on the characters on the road in the game.

its a new motherboard so it should be fine, if its happening because its not designed for games than im OK with it, but im worried that its the motherboard thats faulty and not because its being over stressed, because artifacts signal a dying a grphics.

Just as you said, artifacts signal a dying/faulty graphics. Since it's a new motherboard, I'd consider getting a replacement, it should be under warranty.

I assume you did not overclock (no idea if it's possible to OC integrated graphics), so it has to be a faulty motherboard if the graphics is in the mobo.

These symptoms are often the result of a heat and/or power issue. The integrated video could also be defective as previously noted. How hot is the integrated video adapter getting? Also, what are the specs for the system and are you trying to overclock anything?

ill try to get you guys a print screen of a serious example of whats going on, and a minor example on a different game, im not even exactly sure what an artifact is, im thinking it may just be errors because the integrated card cant run the game. im not sure its a faulty motherboard because its only in games, youtube videos and so on are perfectly fine.

btw, im not over clocking, and the heat reading on amd overdrive doesnt say anything.

my specs are:
corsair cx430w
asrock 960gm us3 fx
corsair cmx4gb ram
amd fx6300
wd green 1tb

i really dont want to have to give the motherboard back, this will be third time (for some other very weird issue - long story) and also i dont want to have to remove the thermal paste again, it is an extreme pain to get it off the amd cpu cooler for some reason.
