So i want to make the switch from consolol to the master race and ive been doing a lot of research on what parts i should get. I have a budget of about 1500, i could squeeze in a little more. But these are the parts ive picked out and id like to get some peoples opinions/suggestions on if i should change anything.

I plan to play BF4 mostly, probably on medium to high settings at 1080p so i can get the most FPS while recording. I might change the video card though since AMD is releasing new ones soon and BF4 is bundled with them. I plan to do a lot of editing, but not intense 3D animated scenes more like this:

I figured, might as well get an i7 and save some time while im editing instead of going for the cheaper AMD or even an i5.

I dont plan on upgrading until skylake comes out so im hoping this will last me until then. I might go SLI in the future thats why i "future proofed" it at least on the PSU.

One thing that really worries me is Haswell.. The damn heat output and its horrible overclock ability. I dont want to be stuck with a chip that only goes to 4.2 and runs hotter than the sun.. Should i go with Ivy instead just to be safe or it shouldnt really matter? Are these good parts for the price range?
Thanks for your feedback!

Solution
-Great MoBo / CPU combo

Only suggestions Id make.....

Seagate 7200.14 3TB is 33% faster and 300% bigger for just 435 more
While AX860 is more efficient, HX850 is a lot cheaper and has lower ripple/ better voltage regulation than AX860
H100 is too danged loud .... suggest Phanteks PH-TC14-PE, Thermalrigh Silver Arrow or DH-14

http://www.vortez.net/articles_pages/corsair_h100_hydro_series_extreme_performance_liquid_cpu_cooler,16.html

However, this performance comes at a cost; noise. At 2600RPM, the H100 isn’t a quiet unit at all and similarly at 2000RPM, it can still be quite intrusive. In terms of performance per noise, high end air coolers from Phanteks, Noctua and Thermalright still reign supreme, contrary to Corsair’s own...

Like other ALC units, the H100 relies too much on high RPM fans for its performance when the goal of water cooling is generally for extreme performance at low noise levels.

can listen here .... really gets annoying at 1:45 mark

Ill get the seagate then :) Power supply i think im going to stick with the one i have, and for the h100i ill be getting some sp120s to go with it because as you said, theyre pretty loud. lol thanks for your help!

I was thinking of the performance editions. They cant be louder than the stock ones can they?

I rather agree with Jack. If you keep your overclocks modest though (you may not need to OC at all), that should cut down on the heat and the noise of any cooler.
You specify "medium to high" settings, not "UltraMaxOhWOW," so if you need to get back within your stated budget, you may find a single GTX760 to provide good performance. You can always add another one later for SLI. A 750W PSU (e.g. 760i or other Seasonic-built unit) would be enough, and would also save you some money. I don't see a case in your build, or an optical drive, but judging from the quality of your other parts, I'd be surprised if you spend less than another $100 on those, and $150 seems even more realistic.

read that Vortez quote again .....

the H100 relies too much on high RPM fans for its performance when the goal of water cooling is generally for extreme performance at low noise levels

to get the performance, you need high rpm ..... high rpm thru the rad makes noise

So only way to reduce noise is to reduce air thru rad which takes away the thermal performance

I already have the case, Corsair 650D, and the dvd drive forgot to mention that

Im sticking with 1 760 for now and if games start getting too demanding a year from now then ill get another one. Power supply i think im also going to stick with the corsair :T
