Forwarding calls to a pc

Is there a way of forwarding my mobile calls to my pc headset using a program or whatever. I know you can use google voice in usa but im not there and if you pay for a skype number but i dont to do that... any other ideas?

It is not so easy... Your cell operator must support it.

Just think about it - how will the operator knows that when a call is being received to you, to forward not to the tower where your cell phone is located, but to your PC?

An option would be to see whether you can get free SIP number in your country, and forward calls to your mobile to that number. But there are good chances it will be more expensive than SkypeIn number...
