Expoxy suitable to hold up a monitor?

I recently bought a few monitors and a mount to hold all three. However, I stupidly didn't check to see compatibility and now have a mount that cannot hold the three monitors because the monitors have no drill holes in the back and cannot be secured with bolts.

My plan is to get some squares of wood and epoxy them to the back of the monitors to make them mountable. Is this okay? Can the epoxy hold up the monitors indefinitely or for a very short time? The strength of epoxy I bought is a 2 stage, 3450 psi epoxy.

A lot depends on the specific epoxy, and the specific formulation of the plastic on the back of the monitor. And almost impossible to tell beforehand what will work and what won't. It may hold initially and fall off tomorrow. Or it may hold until Doomsday. Or it might not stick at all.

But..further considerations: Since there is no VESA screw holes on the back, presumably there is some sort of attached stand. Can this come off? I've seen monitors where you would have to physically cut the stand off.

If I were forced into that position, I'd make something to hold the monitors, rather than trust the epoxy. Picture 4 fingers, holding a credit card by the edges. Either wood or aluminum.

Yes the stands on the monitors are detachable. I'm not very handy when it comes to constructing anything. I've epoxied wood to the back of one of the monitors and I can pick the whole monitor up by the wood

As said...it might work, it might not. And you won't know it's failing until the monitor falls off into your lap.

Any suggestions for a more reliable solution? I paid 100$ for this mount and I would like actually use it, but I can't see any means of securing the monitors since I can't drill holes into the back
