So brand new pc, works really well, just installed realtek hd audio manager, and am wondering this, my monitor is a 32" led tv, which has built in audio, which music/sound plays through normally, BUT I am unable to get the audio to switch from my monitor, to headphones once connected, help is MUCH appreciated :)

Thanks- Adam

Go to the Sound properties by accessing it through Control Panel or going to the Start button and typing in Sound in the search box. In the Playback tab should be all your available device options for outputting sound. Your headphones should be in that list. Select it and hit the Set Default button. Audio should now play through your headphones.

If your headphones don't appear in the list. then there's another issue that needs to be addressed.
