Motherboard and Video card compatibility question

According to ASRock's site the ASRock 970 Extreme3 R2.0 does not have PCIe 3.0.
Is this going to cause problems for the Radeon HD 7950? (http://pcpartpicker.com/mr/newegg/gigabyte-video-card-gvr795wf33gd)

I'm using an FX-6300 processor.

Thanks.

IT WILL WORK FINE DONT WORRY ABOUT IT AS GFX CARDS ARE BACKWARD COMPATIBLE PCI 3.0 IS JUST THE NEWEST VERSION THAT RUNS A BIT FASTER. IN REAL LIFE YOUR CARD WONT BENEFIT FROM IT ANYWAY AS IT CANT SATURATE THE PCIe 2.0 ANYWAY :)
