Ok, here's the thing. My download speed is high, but browsing is deadly slow. Sometimes it takes more than 20 seconds to load(some pictures don't even show up) and sometimes i get mesagge like server out or sth. Youtube also buffers painfully slow. On the start of some video it loads and then it like forgets to buffer.
Im using Windows XP SP2( In order to fix problem I've downgraded from sp3 to sp2), but when I boot some other system(I used Backtrack) everything is perfect. Youtube videos load instantly, pages load fast. I tried to fix this problem many times so i reinstalled windows and formated hdd many times and it helps only for a couple of days or a week or so and then same problem again. I've checked for malware and viruses using multiple software.I've tried every browser and no help. Did a lot of search on this problem on internet. So, fast download,
