I plan to get an SSD in a month or so, and since I'm not very knowledgeable in this, I'd like some help in choosing one.
Now, I don't have a lot to choose from, so here's the list of SSDs that fit my budget and are available in the store I'm buying from:
-Sandisk SDSSDP-128G-G25 128GB
-Silicon Power V60 120GB
-Sandisk Ultra Plus SDSSDHP-128G-G25 128GB
-Samsung 840 Series 120GB
-Crucial m4 CT128M4SSD2 128GB
-Transcend SSD320 TS128GSSD320 128GB
-Silicon Power V70 120GB
-Sandisk Extreme SDSSDX-120G-G25 120GB
-Samsung 840 EVO Series MZ-7TE120BW 120GB
-Corsair Force LS CSSD-F120GBLS-BK 120GB
-Corsair Force GS CSSD-F128GBGS-BK 128GB

I'm looking to improve my system's boot time and overall performance, and from what I understood having a fast reading speed is important, but what about writing speed? is having a 500mb/s writing speed going to have a noticeable difference than 130mb/s ,for example, in everyday use?

Thanks in advance!

Alright, but like I said, will the fast writing speed give me any noticeable changes?

Yes, the Samsung EVO has special software that uses the system RAM as a cache. It gives the largest ever rating for normal usage, loading and storing data etc. The EVO is the only SSD to get now.

Awesome, I think I'll wait for Amazon's Black Friday to see if there's a good deal on the EVO. Thanks for the reply!
