This is the video that illustrates whats happening:

It has nothing to do with temperatures, Checked that allready.

I Used amd driver removal tool and installed released driver (13.4) had allready installed 13.8 before without luck. On 13.4 driver this still happens so i believe its not driver related.

Yes i have sufficient PSU, Corsair TX850 v2.

The GPU is not overclocked, cpu is clocked reasonably.

This issue have occured while ive played MW2 SP, COD4 SP and MP, Watch Dogs, far cry 3.

The wierd thing is that when it crashes, it says "(game) has stopped working) then all other programs seem to artifact and stop working, the most notably hurt program is google chrome wich refuses to work after such crash.

This card is brand new, got it after i rma ed my old radeon hd 7950 wich went dead after having issues like turning off the whole system when the card was 72-75 celcius.

Ive asked this question at other forums but hardy anyone answers me :(, only like 2 guys wich said it was the driver or temperature.

Thanks in advance.

Solution
Try setting your CPU back to stock until the problem is isolated. Could be a defective PCIe x16 slot. You can try the second slot, but many mobos actually run the second x16 slot at x8 speeds. For troubleshooting, it should be fine regardless.

My cpu is overclocked to 3.8 ghz, its a phenom 965 be. its at 1.37 volt. I have one extra PCIe 16x slot to spare, should i try that slot? And what do you think could be faulty on the motherboard?
