Next Car Game, simply amazing, worth every penny.
Skyrim = LITERALLY endless, and endless = endless fun
DayZ Standalone, pre alpha, so cheaper than when it comes out, super fun with friends, endless hours of fun

Skyrim.. seriously.. i played it for the first time 4 weeks ago and it's the best game i ever played. Don't forget mods by the way.
And somehow i find SAMP still extremely fun to play.. it's San Andreas (GTA) online with like 800 people in one server.

CS:GO- fantastic online shooter
CoD series- its multiplayer part is quite decent
Bf3-4 that multi is just monumental
Brutal Legend- if you like rock and metal, it is a must have
GTA 4- hard on hardware, endless fun with modding
Test Drive Unlimited- if you love cars, then you will love this game
