I am the administrator and the only user. I reinstalled the Operating system a few months ago and no longer need the file the reinstal created called "Windows old", but everytime I try to delete it it asks for admin permission and when I click ok it comes up with "try again" "skip" or "Cancel". I really need to get rid of this since it is no longer useful and taking up space. Can anyone help me here?
