I have an i4670k with a hyper 212 evo for cooling and have it oc'd only to 4 GHz and with max stress in the intel burn test I'm seeing 87c with the hottest core and 78c on the coolest core. First of all are these temps okay and also is it normal to see that much of a disparity between cores?

It seems a bit on the warm side, especially having an aftermarket cooler, That said haswell is known to run a little hot and has a 100c thermal limit and you are below that so I suppose technically you are ok. All the same I would try re setting the cooler with just a tiny bit of thermal paste and maybe try lowering the vcore a lil bit and see f you can get your temps down a bit. Hope this helps god luck man.
