Hi guys, i bought recently a new processor, the Phenom X6 1100T, i know its not new, but for me, its new. Now i need to buy a videocard. My PC, is almost full AMD, and that was an old dream mine. So, wich card i would buy? EVGA GTX 760 SC with ACX, or Sapphire 7950 w/ Boost?

Performance is similar so either would do fine. If you plan on throwing in a second card in the future the 760 might be a more solid bet. However, AMD will probable get their stuff together by then so I consider this a mute point. I would personally go for the 7950 b/c of never settle and it's cheaper I believe.

Well, it's 250 for an worthwhile 760 and 204 for a good 7950. For those prices, I'd stick with the 7950. Also included is the gold free game bundle for 3 free games. The 760 does perform better, but not 45 dollars better, and it certainly isn't as good of a value overall.

I am facing the same issue.....the 760 or 7950. Which to I go with? I dont care about the extra games and rationalizing, but which is better?? 760 or 7950? I see virtually every single benchmark has 7950 better, I guess when overclocked? Is this true that its better than 760? If not better, explain why its not better but somehow has better benchmark performance.
