Its the HX750, and I like the Thor V2.

I built a similar build with the Asus Z77 Pro and G. Skill Ripjaws RAM with the Hyper 212. It fit then. If it doesn't, I will move the fan
 
Was just pointing out for ya consideration that newegg had $95 in discounts on the combo (back up to $310 now) with the same PSU and that there was a significant difference in their review performance ratings (9.5 versus 9.0 on performance / 9.25 versus 9.1 overall)

Performance and price aren't always the most important consideration ....especially with a case, aesthetics can be an overriding factor
