For keyboards that are under $100 and are mechanical(for gaming i recommend Cherry Mx Reds or Browns as they are the more preferred one for gaming due to being lighter for faster reaction. But all in all, you should really try out each and everyone to see what is really for you as everyone has a different preference)
Reds:
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/steelseries-keyboard-64255 (i like this one, i have used it and it was nice and small with good quality)
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/corsair-keyboard-ch9000040na (quality is there but their software sucks)
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/ducky-keyboard-dk2108ruslla(Same as Brown version down there but with red switches)

Browns:
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/cooler-master-keyboard-sgk4010gkcm1us(no real experience with this but have heard good news on them)
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/ducky-keyboard-dk2108buslla (great keyboard in general much like the SteelSeries one but with LED lights)

Also i highly suggest to stay away from razer. They used to be good then started getting overhyped and just makes crap quality stuff and now you really just pay for their name.

There are just other ways people can get OS. Like getting free OS from someone you know that works with computers because they usually have quite a lot laying around that they can just use. Or other means...

I really suggest getting a free OS(Ubuntu) as a replacement until you can actually afford an OS/get it by other means. If you want to buy it along with the build you will have to skimp out on quality parts and may even downgrade CPU to a non-OC CPU.

Won't I need more wattage because because its gtx 770. I would need something like 650?

Not really. And the ASRock Extreme 4 is already a good motherboard. The first thing I would want to change definitively wouldn't be the motherboard, for this build. It is a great build all around, and personally, the first thing I would change would be the CPU cooler, for some liquid cooling.

Unless you find a very good deal on a CLC I'd stay away from them. Their performance isn't worth the price unless it's a great deal, or you spend the money to get one of the best ones. You can find a very good heatsink/fan cooler for under 75 that will do everything you want it too. Seladon's build is solid. I'd drop the SSD for now and buy the OS since you can add the SSD later very easily however.
