The Volt-ampere ratings for PSU:

The requirements for GTX 760:

Minimum 500W or greater system power supply (with a minimum of 12V current rating of 30A)

Can the power supply run it fully?

Yes it will be enough to run it without any problem.

hmm, what if I overclocked? Can the power supply run it?

And, I don't understand about the "minimum of 12V current rating of 30A". Can somebody explain it to me?

Thanks!

The power supply that you have has 40A on the 12V rail. So it is much more than enough for that card. You can overclock it and still have a lot of power left.
