Second RAID 0 works on SATA II but not SATA III

Hey everyone, I'm having a slight issue, I have 2 SSDs in RAID 0 connected to 2 of my 4 SATA III ports on an Asus Rampage IV Extreme (2011 socket), these work fine as my boot drive. However when I connect my two WD 2TB disks to the other 2 SATA III ports they do not show up in intel RST on boot and I cannot access them in windows (8 professional). When they are attached via 2 SATA II ports they show up just fine. Anyone know what the problem is here?

Okay thanks, that's what I thought but I wasn't sure. Any reason why there is no support for 2 RAID 0 arrays on SATA III?
