Corsair SSDs, How do they rate for quality, durability, speed, etc ?

I had a Kingston SSDNow 64GB SSD that I bought from Fry's that died in 12 days after I bought it.

I exchanged it for a Corsair ForceGT SATA III 60GB SSD. How does this drive really rate in quality, reliability and so on? I have had my SSD a little under 3 weeks now and I am already getting a Layout Validation failed error when I use the Optimize feature in the Corsair SSD Toolbox. What does this mean?

I called the Corsair tech support line and was told I should not use the Optimize feature in the toolbox more than once or twice in a month. My drive is about 44% full, 30.4GB used, 24.4GB free. And one final question, I am using Windows 7 Pro, MS Office 2007 Small Business, Chrome, etc etc. How much free disk space should I not go below?

Sorry for all the questions, I found this forum and was wondering all these things since this is my second SSD and I really enjoy the benefits so far.

You can download ATTO Benchmark 2.47 to test speed on your drive - i think quality is fine of your Corsair drive :) - about the error you get - read about it on Corsairs site for SSD´s

You need to keep at LEAST 15% free space on an SSD.
