Specs:
CPU:Intel Core i7 3930K
GPU: Dual SLI GTX 780
Cooler:NZXT Kraken X60
PSU:Seasonic x-1250 1250w

I'm looking for a Motherboard that can overclock the CPU to 4.5Ghz like it's nothing,A Motherboard that can overclock the GPU easily to 1075 Mhz or 1100Mhz,A Motherboard that can upgrade both CPU and GPU in the next 1 or 2 years or even longer,And A Motherboard that can handle a lot of stress.

For starters, the MB has nothing to do with how well your GPUs will OC, and there's no upgrade path for the 3930K (other than a 4930K which is barely faster) for LGA2011.

You may be better off waiting a couple of months for IB-E, though there really is no need for anything over a i5-4670K for gaming.

I'd go for the ASRock, because the performance difference is minimal and it's cheaper.
