Hi,
With my new system, I thought I would see some speed but the opposite is happening and I am so mad.
I have the MSI Z87 MPOWER board with 16 GB 1600 RAM. Processor 4770 core I7.
My booting time takes 190 seconds which is even slower than my older PC. Is there a solution for this? Also my network connection only works well if I connect wirelessly but if I connect through the Killer Network Manager, my connection keeps dropping and disconnecting so frequently.
Even after booting the PC lags and isn't really what I expected at all.
I just removed the Killer Network Manager but now I can only connect through Wi FI. I need help guys. I paid a lot for this stupid setup.

Solution
Most of the stuff that comes with boards is bloatware and it takes time to boot all of that, just experiment with it and see if it fixes your problems. The only thing I install from MB disk is drivers.

I have fast boot enabled but I am using an ordinary SATA WD HD not the SSD type. But I used this HD on my older PC and it booted fine. I am guessing the tons of programs that came with the board could be a reason. Also my Avast Internet Security takes about 20 seconds of boot time alone. Problem is, I don't know what I should uninstall from the software I got with the board fearing it might stop something from working.

I prefer manual OC but using that it will most likely OC to some low stable overclock.

I have corrected my issue and wanted to share my experience. The problem was too many fonts (17000 to be exact) when I got rid of all the extra installed fonts, it is back to normal even with all the extra utilities and programs that came with the board.
