new rig ... need suggestions

motherboard - asrock 970 extreme3
cpu- amd fx 8350 ( will not overclock )
gpu-msi gtx 760 2b
ram - g-skill ripjaws 2x4gb 1600mhz
cpu cooler - cooler master seidon 120mm cooler
case - corsair 400r
psu- corsair gs600 or tx 650 ( not decided yet )

so are those motherboard and cpu good together ? i wont be overcloking
im on a tight budget so i cant really afford an intel system

Absolutely. Both perform great and are well known.
 
If not intending to overclock, the aftermarket CPU cooler isn't necessary, you could drop that without issue. No optical drive? I think you will want a hard drive though.
I would consider that a good combination of components that should play well together. What are the intended uses for the machine and what are the most intensive applications you intend to run? I'm assuming it's a gaming rig

oh lol sorry i forgot to mention i already have a 500gb normal seagate hdd and an optical drive
yep im building this rig for games only ... bf4 is the main reason

upgrading from intel core 2 duo e7500 with onboard graphics card
4 gb ddr2 ram
1920x1080 samsung montor ( keeping this ofcourse )

edit : i was thinking to drop that cooler for now ... but wasnt sure how fx 8350 on stock works, so i just put it in there for everybodys suggestions

Stock will do fine if you don't overclock. If you want to OC later get a Hyper 212 evo
