HP ENVY h8-1417c Bios Setup

Hi I'm having problem to go to bios on my HP ENVY h8-1417c.
motherboard is IPMMB-FM (Formosa).

What I tried is, power off, power on press f10, f1,f2,f5,f12 repeatly still didn't work.. i even cleared cmos setup and it won't let me go to bios.

When I turn on my system. it only show hp logo and I don't see any option to go to the bios and it just go straight to desktop..

Running windows 8 too.


I want to go to bios because I want to install windows 7 and install new ssd..

Now it get worst. The reason I want to go to bios is i want to change the boot order because Im trying to install new ssd and downgrade the system to windows 7.

What I did next is, I ran windows 7 setup on desktop hoping when it start it will give me option to go to the bios.
Computer restarts then I get error that the operating system is messed up and freeze there and turn off. Now I cant
Go back to desktop at all. Computer will not boot. I think I messed up the operating system. Theres only
One thing I can fix this is to
Go to bios and change boot order and install fresh windows but I cant go anywhere besides hp logo screen and the error
Message after.

Could it be bad mobo?
