Well, I have 2 headsets a tritton & a razor.
It's not the headsets fault it's my drivers, because the same exact thing happens.
Also my motherboard is: ga-970a-ud3

I have the latest audio driver installed for my motherboard and basically my microphone works for about 60-120seconds then it apparently starts beeping.
so I then have to go onto recording devices & disable & enable the microphone for it to work again, any ideas?
