I have a evga gtx 650 ti 2 gb with overclocked to
Core clock bumped to :1170 MHz
Memory clock bumped to: 1549 MHz
My question is that is this enough to run battlefield 3 on ultra with decent frames? How much?

Depends on your concept of playability and what resolution. At 1080p I doubt you'd find ultra playable, quite possibly high provided you have a good CPU.

No, It can definetely not do that on any resolutions above 1024x768
It will need better texturing units/cores to do that.

With a good i7 and gtx 650 you could play low-high settings and never go under 60. Ultra probably atleast 35.

I know already have the 650 but if you want play the game(s) you listed at Ultra please consider upgrading your graphics card if possible. The 760 can meet or exceed what you'd like to do and its currently $269 at newegg.
