Help with choosing correct board

Hi, I'm building my first PC and I'm having trouble on deciding which motherboard I should purchase for my first build. I plan on getting a GIGABYTE gtx 770 and plan on overclocking it. I heard some motherboards are better at OC than others with some not being able to OC at all and I'm afraid of buying the wrong one. I'm looking at anything below $200 for price range.

Would be a decent board to consider. Also, if you are talking about GPU overclocking, that is more dependent on the card more than anything else. Feel free to check out my signature as well for some other suggestions. Cheers.
