Hello all,
Will the normal, black pole style antennas for the desktop wifi cards work for a wifi card which has Bluetooth (Killer-N 1202)? Or, do I need to get the laptop style square aerial's?
Thanks for the help
The operate on the same frequency so the antenna will work for both. The more difficult issue is making sure the physical connection is the same there are a could different types

It looks like the connections are the typical /standard push on type connectors. There are two connectors...are these connections what you are referring to?
Thanks for the help
If you can get them to fit they are the same. The ones that are different don't even come close to connecting.
OK...Thanks.
What about on a dual band router? Will the antennas connected to the wireless card all be the same? Or. do I need different types of antennas...some for 2.4 GHz and another for 5.0GHz? For example, the Intel Ultimate-N has three antenna hookups for dual band routers, but no Bluetooth. In the scenario, will all three antennas be the same, or do I need some that are 2.4 mixed with some that are 5.0, or is there dual band antennas...so I would have 3 dual band antennas attached to the wifi adapter card?
Thanks for the help
